Within the area of Activity Support and Establishment Benefits Development, there are eleven other business developers distributed across four locations in Sweden. Our mission includes steering, leading, and supporting effect-driven digital and operationally close business development within the benefits of labor market support and benefits for total defense conscripts. The work involves developing and managing the agency's operational products to best support the administrative operations.

Development, Analysis, and Collaboration

As a business developer, you are responsible for driving and supporting customer-oriented business development that contributes to the realization of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's vision and business idea. You also have a responsibility to identify development needs and translate these into concrete activities.

The role includes monitoring and being well-informed about current societal developments that are significant for the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and analyzing potential consequences for the operations based on this. The work also involves participating in various networks and, among other things, taking part in preparations, operational planning, and annual reports. The position entails handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

  • has a university degree or equivalent experiences and qualifications
  • has several years of experience in the relevant operational area and/or business development
  • has very good knowledge of change and development processes
  • has good knowledge of project management and various forms of collaboration
  • acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
  • has the ability to create a useful network
  • can understand and analyze complex issues
  • brings innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
  • collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
  • has good communication skills, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you

  • have experience from working in the relevant operational area
  • have experience with agile working methods
  • have experience working in a large public organization
  • have worked with digitization and automation
  • have documented experience in process development
  • have experience of collaboration within the public sector.

Other

1-2 positions, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Locations: Gävle, Östersund, Karlshamn, and Stockholm.
